Almost every Sunday there is a reception following the 8:00, 9:30 and 11:00 Masses in Assumption Hall, complete with coffee, donuts and a generous helping of fellowship. Everyone is invited and whether you're new to the parish or came in with the cornerstone, Friendship Sunday is a delicious way to meet new and old friends alike. The time commitment for volunteers is just a few hours on a Sunday morning, every other month. People can participate by setting up the hall with tables, chairs and decorations, picking up the donuts at the bakery, and making and serving coffee and punch, and of course cleaning up afterwards.
