Wills and Trust Planning Seminar

If you want to learn how to create a Will and the costs involved please attend. If you need to update your existing plan, please make an effort to join us for this important seminar to learn more about how you can put your estate in order and/or leave a legacy of faith for future generations, you will benefit from this educational seminar.  This is a free seminar and no solicitation will be made.

Please join us in attending our upcoming “get your house in order” Estate Planning Seminar.  Personal planning and having a Will or Trust in place are responsibilities that all of us should take seriously, regardless of our age.  Representatives from the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and legal and financial professionals will be joining us to discuss these important topics: 

• The importance for individuals and couples to have a Will and other critical documents in place 
• Power of Attorney 
• Catholic teaching on healthcare decisions and advance healthcare directives
• Avoiding costly probate fees 
• Vehicles and tools for charitable giving

Individuals and couples who attend will receive a kit on Estate Planning. If you do not have a plan and you want to avoid probate or you need to update your will or trust, please make an effort to join us for this important seminar.

Refreshments will be served. The seminar will last about 90 minutes.
