Parents are the primary educators of their children. It is from you that they first learn about their faith, love, and forgiveness. Parent involvement is crucial in the growth and enrichment of children’s faith.

We ask that parents please make a sincere commitment to:

  • Attend Sunday Mass regularly and on Holy Days of Obligation.

  • Help reinforce your child’s lessons and prayers at home.

  • Ensure that your child attends religious education classes regularly, with NO MORE THAN THREE absences per Religious Education school year.

In case of illness or family emergency, please contact (805) 642-7966, ext. 125 or email [email protected]

***Attendance days will not be changed due to conflict with sports.***

A parent or guardian must accompany their child to the following events:

  • Advent Family Faith Day: December 14, 2019

  • Reconciliation Retreat: February 1, 2020 (if your child receives sacraments this year)

  • First Holy Communion Day Retreat: April 25, 2020 (if your child receives sacraments this year)

A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must sign their child in and out at the child’s classroom. No one under the age of 18 may sign in place of a parent.

We are growing in faith together during the 2019-2020 Religious Education year!
