Parish Health Ministry

Health ministry assists the parishioners to promote and maintain their health through health screening and health education. Blood pressure measurements are available on Friendship Sundays. The assistance of RN/LVN volunteers with an active license are appreciated in this ministry.

Relay For Life
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life is a life-changing event that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. OLA has a team which participates in this community event which is held in May in Ventura. Through out the year the team will also be providing information regarding various cancers and holding fundraisers to support Relay.
